Listed here are some easy ways to help the San Diego Chapter of the Compassionate Friends with a donation. Please see how you can help today.

The Compassionate Friends (TCF)

There are no dues or fees to become a member of TCF family.  TCF receives no money from government or any organizations. 

All expenses are met solely through your donations. The money received is used to pay expenses for the in-person monthly meeting venue rentals, virtual meeting fees,  support events like the candle lighting and annual picinic, maintain the telephone message center, the website, Remembrance pages, and other outreach programs.

A donation made to the San Diego Chapter of TCF can be made in the name of a child, friend or relative. Please make your checks payable to: The Compassionate Friends, San Diego Chapter and mail to:

Please indicate the loved one whose memory you are honoring. Also indicate any special tribute you would like in the Remembrance pages on the website.

A Reminder From Ralphs: September is upon us Again,
Time to re-register.

Thank you so much for your ongoing support of Ralphs. With your help and the support of your members, family and friends, Ralphs is proud to report that we are committed to giving $2 Million during the next 12 months through our Community Contributions Program

ANNOUNCING: You may now use your Ralph\\\'s Community Contributions Program card at Food4Less after you register it with Food4Less.

Participants can start registering for the new term on September 1, 2019. The term will continue until August 31, 2020. To ensure your organization continues to receive the benefits of the program, your supporters will need to register and/or re-register as quickly as possible on or after that date at https://www.ralphs.com/asset/ralphs_instructions_2016-2017

It is also extremely important that we have up-to-date organization contact information. Please Email us at community.programs@ralphs.com with any changes to your primary or secondary contact on the organization\\\'s account.

family and friends who would like to participate:

Participants are required to register for the new term online at www.ralphs.com or by calling us at 1-800-443-4438 starting September 1, 2019.

Even if your participants registered as recently as June, July or August 2019, - all are required to register again beginning September 1, 2019.
